Welcome to our electronic application form


  1. The electronic form consists of several steps requiring your personal data, information about your sending institution, reservation of accommodation and choice of your study programme (Learning Agreement). You will also need a PHOTO TO UPLOAD (max 800kB, only .jpg file). The photograph should show your face only - no holiday/Saturday night snaps please.

  2.  Please write in English (e. g. Spanish and not Español); however, you may use non-English characters like 'À,ä,ù' for names and addresses.

  3. Answer all the questions. You will not be able to edit and submit the form unless it is complete.

  4. Errors are marked in red at the top of the page.

  5. Do not use a Hotmail or Windowslive or address.

  1. Review the information you entered for accuracy. Check that your home university name is correct, and that your first name is not confused with your surname.

  • If you have skipped a step, you will be redirected to it.
  • If you have filled out the form correctly, you will receive an e-mail (check your spam folder). After clicking on the link in the e-mail, you will be able to (re)view your data and generate the PDF forms required to complete your application process:

ERASMUS+ STUDENTS: do not print the Learning Agreement from the registration system. Use this model

Print the forms, sign them, have them signed and sealed by your home university, and ask your coordinator to send the scanned copies (a single pdf file) to before the deadline (1 June for winter semester, 15 November for spring semester).

There is no need to send the form by regular post.
